John Hegley is a poet & comedian, musician & singer, cartoonist & dancer. A perennial favourite in performance - he has been variously described as ‘Comedy’s poet laureate’ (The Independent), ‘a joy, technically deft and delightfully silly’ (The Telegraph), & as ‘one of the funniest men alive … in the tradition of Edward Lear, Stevie Smith, Ivor Cutler and Roger McGough’ (Adrian Mitchell, New Statesman)
